Today, The Talkhouse posted a piece about a young man who goes by the alias Frankie J. Hopkins. The supposed writer/director at Level 3 Pictures, he’s apparently been stealing works by indie filmmakers, changing the titles, and passing them off as his own. Frankie, acknowledge your cowardice and admit to the theft of other filmmakers’ works.
You owe Clay Liford and many others an apology.

A MORNING LIGHT was recently profiled by Tribeca.

"There’s no question that the film […] will not bear even a passing resemblance to standard Hollywood fare that deals with the subject of ETs."

MMXIII IS ON THE INTERNET. It’s fair to say that this has been the most fulfilling project I’ve completed to date, both in terms of critical development and creative potential. In many ways it evolved into an expose of the creative process and was marked by a period of deep introspection, but it’s about so much more than this. I find there to be a curious, circular rhythm to it—from its early development through to this blog post. In any case, it feels like a very special moment to finally be sharing this project with everyone. If you watch and enjoy, any help spreading the word would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Watch it here.

MMXIII is going to be released indefinitely onto the internet next weekend.

Scheduled to launch on June 21.

It will be streaming free on my website.
